Article 2 – Purpose

The company KEOLS PAYS NORMANDS (hereinafter the "Publisher") has chosen to edit, animate, and make available the website Keolis Bayeux - Bybus | Bybus (hereinafter the "Site"), with the main objective of communicating information about the Bymobilité network, its activities, and news.

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter the "GTU") is to legally govern the terms and conditions for the provision of the Site's services to the user wishing to access it (hereinafter the "User").

The applicable Terms of Use are those in effect on the date of each connection to the Site by the User.

Any dispute related to the use of this Site is subject to French law.

These Terms of Use are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, or execution of the Terms of Use, the Publisher and the User agree to come together and attempt to find an amicable solution to their dispute within a period of sixty (60) calendar days.

In the event of failure to find an amicable solution, any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of the Terms of Use shall be submitted to the competent courts, including in the case of multiple defendants or a third-party claim, for procedures aimed at obtaining emergency or conservatory measures, in summary proceedings or upon request.
